This event focuses on 3 emerging disciplines: cultivated meat, plant-based meat and fermentation, that will transform how we source protein in our diet without sacrificing taste, price, and convenience.
During each day, one of the three pillars of the alternative protein industry will be discussed in detail and you will have a chance to network with the presenting companies. The networking will take place in Zoom breakrooms where you'll get the chance to direcly ask questions and make new connections.
