CIIAL 2024: IV Ibero-American Congress of Food Engineering

The Association of Food Engineers of Uruguay (AIALU) warmly welcomes you to the Fourth Ibero-American Congress of Food Engineering, which will be held on September 4-6, 2024 at the Torre de Antel, Montevideo, Uruguay.

Under the theme "Engineering and technology in food processing: challenges in nutrition, safety and sustainability", this event will provide a unique opportunity to disseminate and exchange knowledge, as well as to generate spaces and mechanisms that promote a fluid interaction between the scientific-technological sector and the social and productive sector with a focus on sustainability and competitiveness in a sector of global relevance, such as food production.
