
Held under the slogan “Access to Safe Food: Everyone’s Right, Everyone’s Responsibility” the 9th Congress will particularly encourage the sharing of good practice examples, field experiences, and innovative solutions, in addition to knowledge exchange. Through an increased number of interactive sessions, participants are expected not only to listen, but also to actively shape the program with their insights and contributions.
By bringing together scientific and technological approaches shaping the future of food safety, current regulatory trends, and good practices from the field on a single platform, this Congress offers participants not only the opportunity to gain knowledge, but also to guide and create impact.
The 9th International Food Safety Congress, which will bring together all stakeholders who play a key role in the field of food safety, will be held on November 5–6, 2026, at the Grand Cevahir Hotel and Convention Center.
