As UCTEA Chamber of Food Engineers, we will hold our congress, which we organize every two years, this year as "2nd International / 12th National Food Engineering Congress" in Ankara between 25-27 November 2021.
Considering the ongoing pandemic, the instructions of the Ministry of Health, the recommendations of non-governmental organizations and in order not to adversely affect the health of our valuable participants, our congress, which develops and grows with the intense interest of our colleagues every year, will be held as a hybrid congress with physical or online participations this year.
We believe that we will have a very successful and productive congress, as in our previous congresses, with our hybrid congress infrastructure, which allows all our participants, local and foreign scientists to attend sessions at the Congress Center, and our participants who cannot be at the congress center can follow the program online.
During the congress, in which we'll prioritize the engagement and interaction of our participants, who are field expert scientists, officials of relevant public institutions and organizations or sector representatives by enabling them to come together either by online or physically to share their studies and opinions, there will be sessions including oral presentations, and an up-to-date poster exhibition. We will also organize panels where topics will be discussed.
Getting together with all the stakeholders of the industry in our Congress to evaluate the developments and problems related to food and to formulate solutions will strengthen us.
