9th International Conference on Dietary Fibre 2026
"Dietary Fibre in Focus: Bridging Science, Technology, and Global Health"
The 9th International Dietary Fibre Conference 2026 (DF26) is hosted by the Quadram Institute in Norwich, UK, and co-organised by the International Association for Cereal Science and Technology (ICC).
DF26 is entitled “‘Dietary Fibre in Focus: Bridging Science, Technology, and Global Health” and aims at providing a science platform to present the latest research on dietary fibre. We will discuss topics such as (i) DF definitions and mechanisms of action, (ii) DF in the gut-brain axis and (iii) food innovations using dietary fibre. This meeting will wrap up with the current issues, trends, and perspectives.
This conference is endorsed by the ISEKI-Food Association.
